About

I love building and learning. I'm currently building the future of molecule intelligence at Ascent Bio.

A Little About Me

I work on post-training and agentic systems, with a focus on reasoning, tool use, and reward engineering in scientific domains.

Currently, I’m the co-founder of Ascent Bio, a startup that integrates LLM agents with computational chemistry and biology tools to accelerate molecular design workflows.

I completed my PhD in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics at Yale University in Dr.Smita Krishnaswamy’s lab. I enjoy thinking across scientific and machine learning disciplines and experimenting with how machine learning can improve our understanding of the natural world.

I’ve interned at Genentech applying machine learning to internal chemical data for property prediction. I majored in Pharmacological Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics at UC San Diego, where I conducted research in the Amaro Lab and Walker Lab.
